News: FW Newsflash - Games Day Baltimore


Hey all, Slick here. FW released a newsflash regarding GamesDay Baltimore. Those lucky enough to go will be able to get their hands on the new armor sets and the Caestus Assault ram!

We have some exciting news for those of you attending Games Day Baltimore on Saturday – not only will Paul Rudge be unveiling our next Imperial Armour book, but Tony Cottrell will be presenting an exclusive seminar and Q&A on all things Forge World. Read on for more details.

Forge World Seminar 4:15pm - 5:15pm
Sevrin LothTony Cottrell, head, and long-standing creative visionary of Forge World, will be presenting an exclusive peek into the future of Forge World, including a Q&A session for Games Day Baltimore attendees.
Situated in Seminar Room #304, which will be labelled on your Games Day map, Tony will reveal more about top-secret Imperial Armour projects and forthcoming miniatures pried from the secretive depths of the Forge World studio.

The Seminar begins at 4:15pm – but make sure you are there early, because only 80 seats are available and it will be first come, first served. US Games Workshop staff will be able to give you more information, so be sure to ask about this fantastic opportunity when you enter the venue.

Exclusive Pre-Release and Advance Order Products Available at Games Day
In addition to the huge range of stock that we will be carrying on our sales stand, we can now confirm that we will have limited quantities of all the fantastic Space Marine kits that we have recently announced. The Caestus Assault Ram, MkII, MkIII, MkIV, MkV and MkVI Armour Sets, as well as the Umbra Ferrox, Phobos and Umbra Bolter Packs and the Rogue Trader-esque Special Weapons Set will all be available to purchase on the day.

Excitingly, we will also be offering Games Day Baltimore customers the chance to pre-order Imperial Armour Volume 9, final proof copies of which will be unveiled by Paul Rudge on the Studio stand. The first 500 copies despatched will be signed by the author and all those placing pre-orders for the book will receive our usual Games Day free shipping offer."
