Yes , Forgeworld is now including the new flying base/stand that comes with the plastic Valkyrie with their various flyers.
Hopefully they will also release the new base/stand separately.

That is good news indeed! Now, if GW sells the new flying base by itself, that would be even better news!
I've heard a lot of complaints with this new base. The main one being that you can't embark or disembark because you're not 2" (or w/e it is) away.
Of course that's rules lawyering to the extreme. But it is in the book. The same argument could be made for assaulting it, it contesting table quarters or what have you. I don't know how to feel about that.
