In Germany the model train hobby is pretty big and there is a huge variety of terrain available for that. What works for model trains can also double for Warhammer. They offer numerous tree and foliage sets, streets, fences, and more. Most of their terrain items are also fairly inexpensive. Case in point, I picked up 4 packs of their roads to use in 40K. For about $20 I have close to 20ft of road. Compare that to GW's road set for 40K...
They are a German-based company but you can still order internationally. Keep the Euro-Dollar exchange rate in mind. Take a look at their site here.
Shipping might be a bit pricey if you order internationally but you definitely get a lot of terrain for your money.

Well I wouldn't count Bush as a retailer, I would say they are more a manufacturer. Did you buy directly from Busch, or through a retailer?
Their website could be a bit better, but they have some nice looking vegetation pieces. I just don't know where best to get their stuff here in Austria.
Another question: What model train scale do you think is best for 25mm wargaming? H0?
Yeah I know they're more of a manufacturer although you can order direct from them online. I got my in Germany at the store Karstadt. I would look in model train stores in Austria or hobby-related stores if possible. If not you could always contact them directly - they do have a catalog and you could mail order if nothing else (IIRC). I'm have no clue on train scales unfortunately.
